I am really appreciates your concept of value education in all the schools. Keep it up. The best way to inculcate value education to the students is to imprint in them the respect and fear of God to be just and right in His sight. To start the day in schools with prayer, where to hearts and minds of the students are connected to God in prayer, be it any religion, language etc, is where the learners learn to imbibe and appreciates values of any kind.
